PURPLE BRAND offers a 14-day return window for all premium denim and apparel, provided items are in their original condition with all signature hangtags attached. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring the PURPLE BRAND security tags remain intact and undisturbed.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
